Call 4 Performers

 Fundraiser event for Huntington Disease in which funds for research and awareness will be raised. 
 We are looking for artists to showcase their talents at this event :
Dancers
Choreographers 
Singers
Actors
Poets 
Comedians 
who are interested in a venue to show their talent for a great cause.

We are inviting all dancers & performers to take part in participating for a 
fundraiser for Huntington Disease.
Wednesday June 8/ 2011 
at the Revival at 783 College St, (Toronto).
Doors open at 7 pm 
Event starts at 8pm.

1) Name of performer/group/ company:
2) Short Bio & Photo:
3) Name of the piece:
4)Category / dance style/ Music ?
5)A short description of work you would like to put?

About Huntington Disease (HD):

Huntington Disease is a debilitating illness which affects one’s motor, emotional and cognitive skills which leads to dementia and eventually death. 
Currently there is no cure for this devastating disease.  The international scientific community is researching new drugs and medication to find a cure….so there is hope….

Be a part of a worthy cause and share in your talent for a higher good.
